I'm DJ Gavin Fox.

Believe it or not I've been connected with the DJ/Sound and Lighting business now for over 20 years!

My first encounter with all things 'DJ and Disco' was when I received a mixing desk for Christmas when I was just 7 years old. From that day on I was hooked!

Ever since, my interest in the business has been fuelled by a combination of many exciting new products and innovations in the DJ world over the years, along with my love of various classic and recent music.

I am also a huge fan of vinyl records and have a growing collection including some of the latest chart releases. Long live the Technics 1210!

After a few years of being a voluntary 'roadie' and occasionally spinning the discs, I decided that it was time to run my own show! From then on, the rest is history...

Until recently, I was the proprietor of the well established Equinox Discotheque from Bristol. Equinox Discotheque was a revolutionary roadshow that started in 2010, moving on from the days of yester-year style discos; it was fresh, elegant and a local market leader in mobile discotheque entertainment.

Equinox Discotheque had the pleasure of entertaining thousands of happy guests over the years, which brought much joy to me.

Now the time has come to frame Equinox Discotheque in my personal 'hall of fame' and continue its success under my own name.

I specialise in creating a great party atmosphere with my vast high quality digital music collection, ranging from Rock'n'Roll to the latest chart hits and pre-releases, accompanied by all the classic party favourites!

I am an industry professional with an extensive technical knowledge and background in the Discotheque and sound and lighting business. Accompanied by this, I have worked professionally with some of the UK's longest serving cinematic and audio visual presentation experts.
