Please let me introduce you to 20thcenturysounds
I set this up in the summer of 1977 to turn a hobby into a business

My first booking was a for factory workers and the surrounding neighbourhood and was set in there canteen the celebrate the Queen Silver Jubilee
(My next door neighbour was a manager there which is how I got the Gig)

I started out with a set of Squire twin deck bought from my mums catalogue one light a sign and a box of records and 20th century sounds was born

Well 30 plus yrs later were still going minus the long hair and plus a few extra pounds
The equipments changed a bit too gone are the twin decks and singles and in are CDs, MP3s, mixers loads of lights and lasers and miles of cables etc still you get the picture

You’re Event
Well firstly we will send you a booking and prompt form
The booking form guarantees the date and the prompt form well you’ll see

So what can we do well anything really kids parties 21st and all the other milestone birthdays, wedding, engagements even divorces we have even done T dances for the elderly in the afternoon (well they enjoy a knees up too)

You’re Music
The music well you can choose it yourself provide us a list (prompt list)
Or leave it to us and whether is Punk disco pop funk rock house or jazz we’ve played it all

Not sure what type of “do” to have?
Well try a themed night 60s,70s,80s fancy dress, a beach party shorts bikinis and dreadlocks, Tarts and Vickers however we can help we will even dress up to

Pricing
Our pricing policy is simple too £30 per hour (e.g. want music for 4 hrs £30 x 4 = £120) Simples
