Chicago Jake specialises in the foot-tapping classics from the Blues Brothers and Commitments, through Saturday Night Fever and beyond. We're talking Sam and Dave, The Bee Gees, Abba, James Brown, Otis Redding, Chic, Hot Chocolate etc etc, through to err... wherever you want to go, really. We can also provide classic rock, such as Rainbow, Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Ozzy etc etc, indie and even charts music if that is more your bag!

The reason we differ from many mobile discos is that we are aiming at the mature and sophisticated audience. However, we work with you to make it a night to remember and keeping the punters happy is our main concern.

Chicago Jake has been in the DJ and music business for some long time and when he is not behind the decks, he can sometimes be seen fronting local blues/rock band, The Fabulous Swampsnakes. So if you want to discuss a complete evening of entertainment, we would be happy to do so. Jake has recently had a couple of stints with local internet radio stations in the Milton Keynes area. He is usually assisted by DJ Coolhand Luke, who takes care of the indie and chart material and who also comes with internet radio experience.

The whole team are in the business because they love music and like to see people happy. The fame and the fortune and adulation are just a bonus.

We cover Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Buckingham and surrounding areas.

Despite all this experience, we are cheaper than many discos out there. If you are in the area we cover, we won't charge you for travel and we don't charge for setting-up or packing up time. We like complimentary food and drink but we don't expect it and we don't demand it.
