Somerset Disco

Based in Norton-sub-Hamdon , Nr Yeovil, Somerset, strictlyjive was established in 2009 by DJ Roy Warry and David Hancox. Roy has over 30 years of experience as a DJ and party entertainer.

I started DJing in the 1980’s, doing discos for local people, later doing more dances, weddings, pub entertainment and fundraising for Schools, Colleges, Jive functions and Charity organisations.

We have a full disco set-up with lots of LED lights, including lasers. We also have a smoke machine and a snow machine that the children and adults go wild for.

We now offer a Disco for Weddings, Birthday parties (adults and children), private, fundraising and charity events. We are very reasonably priced, offering great value for money.

We have music from all eras to current chart hits. We have hosted popular 60’s and 70’s discos and charity events. We like to play music to get people dancing and will have most music that people like.

We will also disco a playlist before hand to make sure you get what you really want. We will also take requests and play peoples favourites.

For the fundraising activities, we can host a “Strictly come Dancing” night. As well as this, we are able to offer a Jive lesson or a ballroom class at any event.

We are currently providing discos for Schools and a disabled youth club near to Crewkerne. We are CRB checked.
